The company’s Remuneration Committee is organized by independent directors. The purpose is to implement corporate governance and improve the company’s directors and manager’s remuneration system. The committee’s duties include planning and regulating the policies, systems, standards and structures for performance evaluation and remuneration of directors and managers. The committee will also need to attend to other matters submitted by the board of directors. The Remuneration Committee meets at least twice a year and within its scope of authority may appoint lawyers, accountants, or other experts by resolution to conduct necessary checks or consultation.
